Note: We are on Mountain Standard Time Zone, the same time zone as Alberta.

There is an automatic cancellation fee of $15 per person for any online bookings even if they are cancelled outside of the 48 hour cancellation window.
Within 48 hours of your tour date, tour fees are 100% non-refundable.
Cancellation policy is 48 hours [2 days] and cancellation fees apply to all online bookings.
Online reservations are automatically charged and processed to your credit card. Should you wish to cancel a booking, a refund will only be issued as per our cancellation policy. A small cancellation/admin fee will be applied.[$10 per person] if within the cancellation window.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, and wish to book another tour, you are subject to a rebooking fee of minimum $150.
Phone and e-mail reservations also require a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) to confirm, but there is no charge to your card until 2 days prior to your trip, unless you cancel within the cancellation window, in which case full cancellation policy rules will apply.
Please notify us if you have a medical condition that may affect your tour.
Minimum age is 5 years or older.
Minimum driving age is 16 years or older, ability dependent. A driver’s licence equivalent to a CDN Class 5 is required.
All guests must sign a liability waiver before participating. A parent or guardian must sign assuming responsibility for any children or minors adding their names to their form, and signing on their behalf.
Maximum combined weight for each snowmobile is 425 lb or 193 kg.

We ask that you bring your own gear if you have it, if needed, we have some loaner winter gear – Snowsuits, Boots, Helmets, though we recommend that you wear whatever cold-weather clothing you have, we will suit you up accordingly
