Please have the following information ready to reserve by email or by phone:
- Your desired tour date
- Full name as it appears on your credit card
- Number of drivers / passengers / ages of each person [weight cannot exceed 425 lb on each snowmobile]
- Desired tour time
- Valid credit card number with expiry date and CVC code
- Contact phone number that you will have turned on while travelling
- Confirm you have a vehicle to self-drive to our base in Golden, BC
- email address for your confirmation details- check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your regular inbox
Accepted cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
Payment is processed within 72 hours prior to your trip, and will be charged to the card left on file.
If you prefer, please call our office and we will take your reservation over the phone.
Please note that our 72-hour cancellation policy is in effect.

You may use our online booking system to book your trip! The only payment option is by credit card, and your credit card will be charged immediately. *In the case of a cancellation of any online booking, cancellation fees do apply regardless of when you cancel.
